Paul Nicoll MRICS
Director – Chartered Surveyor
Paul has lived and worked in Argyll since 1991. He relocated to the Highlands and joined West Highland Estates Office who subsequently merged with Bidwells.
Paul set up DM MacKinnon Estates in February 2003 and has overseen the company's growth during that time.
Paul specialises in the management of Highland Estates, property valuations as well as the sale and general advice to Estate and Land Owners in Argyll and Lochaber.
Paul is married with two teenage sons.

Steven Hornby
Senior Property Sales Negotiator
Steven joined DM MacKinnon Estates in August 2005 after spending the last 12 years in Hotel and Catering where latterly he was the Assistant Manager of a 4 Star Hotel and Leisure Centre.
Steven's responsibilities include market appraisals of residential properties, land and commercial property. Building client relationships, putting properties on the market and negotiating successful sales are part of his daily remit and he is also responsible for management of estate agency personnel, systems and procedures.
Steven's aim is to provide clients with friendly and helpful service and to advise and support them through the whole process of selling a property. He also helps potential purchasers to find a suitable property and is quickly building up a good rapport with new and existing clients. He is client focused, approachable and has the ability to meet client needs quickly and efficiently.
Steven is married to Gwen and he lives in Ballachulish where he has done so for the last 10 years after re-locating to Scotland from North Yorkshire. He has two brothers, a sister, one neice and a nephew. His interests include running, swimming, squash, going to the gym, reading, dining out and spending time with family and friends.

Jacqui Wilson
Special Projects
Further to Jacqui handing over Island sales to Maddy Ross, she has now undertaken another project.
Jacqui's aim is to provide clients with advice and support throughout the whole process of auction, ensuring a successful conclusion to a property or land sale through auction. Jacqui will be happy to discuss any matter pertaining to auctions with either potential sellers or bidders.
Jacqui is living in Oban with her husband John.

Jackie Moore
Residential Lettings
Jackie joined DM MacKinnon WS in 1992 moving to work within the Estate Agency department in 1999.
Jackie deals with all aspects of properties to let from sourcing new tenants, obtaining references to being responsible for all projects that property owners wish to be undertaken.
Further to this she is also responsible for the distribution of credits against individual accounts for the Newcastle Building Society and all the associated administration.
Jackie is married to Ian and they have two children and live in Oban. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking and outdoor pursuits.

Rachel MacDonald
Property Sales Assistant
Rachel joined D M MacKinnon WS in 2001 moving to work for D M MacKinnon Estates in 2003. She is often the first point of contact for clients and builds up a positive relationship with them, usually dealing immediately with any queries that may have arisen. She also maintains the website, markets new properties and deals with various other aspects within the office.
During her time with the company she has gained a Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and she is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Rachel has lived in Oban all her life, and finds it advantageous when answering enquires as to the location of properties for sale. Her interests are cars, property and socialising.

Joanne Stennett
Marketing Manager
Joanne joined DM MacKinnon Estates having spent three years living and working on the Island of Mull. Before she moved to Scotland she worked as Corporate Relations Manager for Sheffield Wednesday FC and prior to that as Marketing Assistant for the law firm Irwin Mitchell.
Joanne is responsible for the advertising and marketing of properties for DM MacKinnon Estates and liaises regularly with glossy publications and newspapers to obtain the best nationwide coverage for our properties. She is also responsible for our brochure production which can range from two pages to twelve page glossies. Joanne also deals with day to day enquiries and office administration.
Joanne lives in Barcaldine with her husband Ian and two dogs. She enjoys running, walking, animal welfare, travel and Italian cooking.

Karen Delaney
Estates Office Karen joined DM MacKinnon Estates in June 2003 as PA to Paul. Previous to this she worked at Lorn and Islands Hospital as Personnel Officer after returning to live, once again, on the Island of Luing after a 5 year break living in Buckinghamshire and working for Sony Music - as Personnel and Training Officer.
Karen grew up in Africa, returning to the UK at the age of 21. She lives in Taynuilt with her partner Donald and three daughters Kerry, Justine and Abby. She has three Labradors called Bob, Dylan and Skye. Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, kayaking, squash and travelling. She is passionate about animal conservation and welfare.

Diane Kerr
Property Sales Assistant
Diane joined the firm in June 2007. She relocated to Oban from Glasgow after working for a large UK Insurer for 14 years where she gained valuable experience in sales and client care.
Diane is one of the first points of contact for clients and helps with any queries vendors or purchasers may have. She is repsonsible marketing new properties, maintaining the website and various other aspects within the office.
Diane lives in North Connel with her husband Stuart and dog Cayman. Her interests include walking her dog, anything outdoors, swimming, holidays and eating out.

Margo Latham
Property Sales Assistant
Margo moved to Oban from Perth and prior to working for DM MacKinnon worked part time for Scottish Natural Heritage and helped her husband with his window cleaning business.
Margo covers for holidays and sickness and therefore deals with most general administration duties which vary greatly. She is capable of turning her hand to most challenges.
Margo lives in Oban with her husband Daniel whom she married in May 2006. She is interested in religion and socialising with family and friends.

Caroline Isaac
Personal Assistant to Morag Goodfellow
Caroline joined DM MacKinnon after moving back to Oban from Jersey where she had been working as a PA to a Chartered Surveyor, bringing 10 years of experience with her.
She works closely with Morag and ensures all correspondence, enquiries and projects are dealt with in the Estates department in a quick and efficient manner. In addition Caroline is responsible for property factoring, Estate contacts and relevant accounting.
Caroline lives in Oban with her husband David and springer spaniel Gorey. She is interested in outdoor pursuits, socialising and travelling.

Maddy Ross
Island Property Sales Negotiator
After working alongside Jacqui Wilson for several months before her role change, Maddy has taken over the handling of all our island properties. Her tasks range from the appraisal of properties and preparation of sales particulars to negotiating with purchasers and securing sales.
Before joining DM MacKinnon Estates she worked for Ernest Jackson, a subsidiary of Cadbury Schweppes in Devon.
Maddy now lives just outside Oban with her partner Andrew; her family are in Devon.
Maddy is interested in anything outdoors, specifically water based, mountain biking, sailing, cooking and fine art.
