Following a well attended auction at the Caledonian Hotel on the 25th April, we are pleased to advise you of the following:-

Lot 1 The Argyll Hotel - Sold for £350,000
Lot 2 Former Carmelite Convent - Withdrawn
Lot 3 Plot on Coll - Withdrawn
Lot 4 Baran Caltum Cottage - Sold for £125,000

The next D M MacKinnon Estates auction will be held early October 2008 when we anticipate a good mix of properties to be auctioned.
